GenLogin proxy setup

GenLogin sets the proxy per profile: open the Network tab while you create a profile, choose Your proxy, and fill in the type, host, port, username and password. Or add proxies once in Proxy manager and assign them to any profile. The username carries your targeting keys, so one set of credentials covers every country and every profile.

GenLogin proxy fields

  1. Click Create Profile, name the profile, then open the Network tab and choose Your proxy. For proxies you'll reuse, add them once under Proxy manager and pick them from any profile.
  2. Keep Proxy Type on HTTP Proxy and fill in the fields below.
  3. Click Check proxy, then Create profile at the top of the form.

Tips & gotchas

  • Proxy Type starts on HTTP Proxy, which is port 823. Socks5 Proxy needs port 824; a profile with one type and the other port never connects.
  • WebRTC, on the same Network tab, starts on Real, which lets a site read your own IP over WebRTC. Change it before you log in to anything: WebRTC runs over UDP, which neither port carries (our SOCKS5 port is TCP-only), so on Real it goes around the proxy.
  • Leave Enable change IP off and Change proxy URL empty. They're for providers that change the IP when you call a link; here sessttl decides how long a profile keeps its IP, and a new sessid gets a new one.
  • Leave the Location tab on Timezone based on the external IP, the default, so the profile's time zone follows the proxy. A new session can land in a different city of the same country, so add ;city.newyork if a profile must keep one time zone. City targeting meters at 2× on every pool except premium residential.

What is GenLogin?

GenLogin is an antidetect browser and cloud-phone dashboard aimed at dropshipping, ad and social-media accounts. Each profile runs on Titan Browser, GenLogin's own Chromium build, or Nightly, its Firefox-based core, with its own fingerprint, cookies and proxy. Profiles stay on your computer by default or sync to the cloud for sharing with sub-accounts. The free plan covers 5 profiles; paid plans add profiles and team members, from Mini Plus (50 profiles) to Company Plus (1,500 profiles and 40 members).

GenLogin key features

  • Titan Browser. GenLogin's own Chromium build, with fingerprints modelled on real machines, next to Nightly for a Firefox-based profile.
  • Proxy manager. Proxies added once, one per line as type:host:port:login:password:name, tagged and assigned to any profile.
  • Synchronizer. Mirrors actions from one profile to the others in real time.
  • Automation. A drag-and-drop builder with ready-made templates and a mini-app market, plus Puppeteer and Selenium for your own scripts.
  • Profile API. Lists, creates, runs, stops and deletes profiles from your own code.
  • Ultra Profile. Shares a profile with someone who opens it without installing GenLogin.
  • Teams. Sub-accounts on paid plans, from 2 members on Mini Plus to 40 on Company Plus, with cloud profiles shared between them.

GenLogin, answered

How do I add a proxy to a GenLogin profile?

Click Create Profile, name it, open the Network tab and choose Your proxy. Keep Proxy Type on HTTP Proxy, enter gw.proxmint.com in Host and 823 in Proxy port, then your login in Username and your password in Password. Click Check proxy, then Create profile.

How do I add many proxies to GenLogin at once?

Open Proxy manager, click Add proxy, choose Your Proxy and paste one proxy per line as type:host:port:login:password:name, for example http://gw.proxmint.com:823:PROXY_USER__cr.us;sessid.gen01;sessttl.120:PROXY_PASS:us-01. Give each line its own sessid so each profile gets its own IP.

Does GenLogin work with SOCKS5 proxies?

Yes. Set Proxy Type to Socks5 Proxy and use port 824 with the same host, username and password. In Proxy manager, a line with no type imports as HTTP, so keep those on port 823.

How do I give each GenLogin profile its own IP?

Give each profile a distinct sessid in its username (sessid.gen01, sessid.gen02). Each profile then holds its own residential IP for up to 120 minutes, and a profile reopened later gets a fresh one.

Is GenLogin free?

The free plan covers 5 profiles, with Synchronizer and automation included. Paid plans add profiles and team members, from Mini Plus with 50 profiles up to Company Plus with 1,500 profiles and 40 members.
