AdsPower proxy setup
AdsPower keeps proxy settings on the profile itself, under Proxy Info. Set the type to HTTP, drop the gateway in as the host, and put your credentials in the account and password fields. Because the targeting lives in the account string, one set of credentials covers every country you run.

Tips & gotchas
- Bulk import is the fast path for a batch of profiles: same host, same password, one sessid and country per line.
- AdsPower's IP checker reads the exit, not the config — if it shows a country you didn't ask for, the targeting went into the host field instead of the account field.
- AdsPower derives timezone and locale from the exit IP, so keep a profile's sessid stable or its timezone will move under it.
AdsPower, answered
How do I give each AdsPower profile its own IP?
Put a distinct sessid in each profile's Proxy Account string — sessid.acct01, sessid.acct02 and so on. Profiles then draw separate residential exits from the same account, and each holds its IP for up to 120 minutes.
What proxy type should I choose in AdsPower?
HTTP on port 823 is the default and works for everything AdsPower does. Choose SOCKS5 with port 824 if you specifically need SOCKS — the host, account and password stay the same either way.
Why does AdsPower report the proxy as failed?
Nearly always credentials or format: the account field must carry the full string including the targeting suffix, and the host must be the bare gateway hostname with no scheme and no port appended.
