Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what Proxmint (Proxmint) collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password.

• Payment data: handled by our crypto payment provider. We store the transaction reference and amount, not your wallet keys.

• Usage data: to bill and prevent abuse, we record connection metadata and the total bytes transferred per account. We do not sell this data.

How we use it

To provide and meter the Service, process payments, enforce our Acceptable Use Policy, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required by law. Connection logs used for abuse prevention are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

Third parties

We share data only with providers necessary to run the Service — our payment processor, database host, and server provider — and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security

Passwords are hashed; traffic to the dashboard is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@proxmint.com. Deleting your account removes your credentials and stops further metering.
