DuoPlus proxy setup
DuoPlus cloud phones take SOCKS5 proxies: add one under Proxies, check it, and bind it to a phone when you configure its network. Each phone keeps its own proxy, and DuoPlus sets the phone's location, SIM and time zone from the proxy's IP. The username carries your targeting keys, so one set of credentials covers every country, and a distinct session ID gives each phone its own IP.
DuoPlus proxy fields
- In the DuoPlus dashboard, click Proxies in the left sidebar, then Add.
- Keep the type on Socks5 and fill in the fields below: host and port in the Proxy row, username and password in the two Account boxes.
- Click Check. When it reports Proxy IP connection test passed, click Save.
- Open the cloud phone's Configure Proxy (a new phone opens it on its own), set Proxy Type to Added Proxy and pick the proxy. Leave Location, SIM and TZ And Lang on Based on IP, click Finish, then Power On.
Swap PROXY_USER / PROXY_PASS for the credentials on your dashboard. New here? Create an account to generate a key.
Tips & gotchas
- DuoPlus's setup guide asks for SOCKS5 proxies, so the port is 824; 823 is our HTTP port and won't connect from a Socks5 entry. Our SOCKS5 carries TCP only, like most commercial gateways, so an app's UDP traffic, such as voice and video calls, can't use it.
- The gateway forwards to ports 80, 443, 8080, 8443, 8888, 8090, 53, 853, 5060 and 5228. An app that only talks on another port won't connect through the proxy.
- Keep Proxy DNS on. If a phone passes Check but can't open anything after Power On, DuoPlus's help says to turn Proxy DNS off from the phone's ⋮ menu › Modify settings, and warns that this can leak DNS.
- A sticky session holds its IP for up to 120 minutes, so a phone left on longer moves to a new IP in the same country. Add ;city.newyork if a phone must stay in one city and time zone; city targeting meters at 2× on every pool except premium residential. Leave Change IP URL empty: a new sessid is how you get a new IP.
- If you paste a socks5:// line into the Add form instead of typing the fields, check that the Account boxes hold the whole username, ; included, before you save.

What is DuoPlus?
DuoPlus rents Android phones in the cloud. Each cloud phone has its own device parameters, with SIM, base-station and GPS data emulated from its proxy's location, and runs apps such as TikTok, WhatsApp or Facebook from the web dashboard or the desktop client. Fleets are managed in bulk, with groups, team members, Operation Sync, RPA, an API and ADB access. A cloud phone costs from $2 a month, cheaper in volume, plus startup time: $0.06 per 10 minutes per device, capped at $1.2 a day, or a fixed monthly Subscription Startup.

How do I add a proxy to DuoPlus?
Click Proxies in the left sidebar, then Add. Keep the type on Socks5, enter gw.proxmint.com and 824 in the Proxy row, then your login and password in the two Account boxes. Click Check and, once the test passes, Save. Then bind it to a phone under Configure Proxy › Added Proxy.
Does DuoPlus work with HTTP proxies?
DuoPlus's setup guide asks for SOCKS5 proxies, and its batch add takes SOCKS5 lines only. Use Socks5 with port 824; the same username and password work on both of our ports.
How do I give each DuoPlus cloud phone its own IP?
Add one proxy per phone, each with a distinct sessid in its username (sessid.dp01, sessid.dp02). Each phone then holds its own IP for up to 120 minutes, and a phone that stays on longer moves to a fresh IP in the same country.
Why does my DuoPlus cloud phone have no network?
If the proxy passes Check but nothing opens after Power On, turn Proxy DNS off from the phone's ⋮ menu › Modify settings, as DuoPlus's help suggests; it warns this can leak DNS. An app that only uses a port the gateway doesn't forward won't connect either.
How much does DuoPlus cost?
A cloud phone costs from $2 a month, cheaper in volume, plus startup time: Temporary Startup is $0.06 per 10 minutes per device, capped at $1.2 a day, and Subscription Startup is a fixed monthly fee.
